Sonapur College, established in the year 1991, has successfully completed 35 years of its glorious journey and celebrating Silver Jubilee in manner befitting to the mission, vision and objectives.

As a centre of academic excellence in the entire North East, the aim of the college is to nurture simultaneous academic and co-curricular endeavor. Since its inception, Sonapur College, from its nascent stage to a centre of academic excellence, has proved to be a meeting point for students from diverse ethnic and linguistic backgrounds of the region and beyond.
